Mr. Ibraheim is a distinguished Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in urogynaecology and female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Trust. With over three decades of experience, he began his career in 1982 and refined his expertise through training at prestigious institutions in Sheffield and London. He is a recognised authority in his field, serving as an examiner at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and leading numerous national research initiatives on pelvic floor health, including Randomised Controlled Trials focused on vaginal prolapse surgery and urinary incontinence.

Mr. Ibraheim provides advanced, evidence-based treatments for conditions such as vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain, and voiding disorders. His services include specialised interventions such as bladder instillations, BOTOX for urgency, overactive bladder, and vaginal pain, as well as laser treatments for genitourinary syndrome of menopause, stress urinary incontinence, and vaginal rejuvenation.

Shaireen aleem

Consultant Gynaecologist

Miss Shaireen Aleem is a highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologist with over 24 years in women’s health, offering both NHS and private care. She holds a consultant post at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals and is on the GMC Specialist Register in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

At Hale Private Clinic, Miss Aleem provides expert care for a wide range of conditions, including pelvic floor disorders, hormonal imbalance, menopause, fibroids, endometriosis, and postnatal complications. She also specialises in regenerative treatments for intimate health, such as PRP and polynucleotides (NEWGyn), aimed at restoring comfort and function.

Her approach is patient-centred, respectful, and holistic—focused on empowering women through education and personalised treatment plans. She also plays a key role in medical education and clinical leadership, serving as Lead for Governance in Gynaecology and Honorary Consultant at The Walton Centre.

Lynda Verghese

She specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of benign gynaecological conditions, as well as expert care for women navigating the menopause. She also offers preconception planning for women with complex medical disorders. She offers a warm, understanding approach, ensuring every patient feels listened to and supported.

With 25 years of experience working in various tertiary hospitals in London, West Midlands and Greater Manchester, Dr. Verghese provides personalised treatment plans for issues such as heavy periods, fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal vaginal bleeding and menopausal symptoms. She is passionate about empowering women to make informed choices about their wellbeing. She is accredited with the British Menopause Society. She performs minor procedures like cervical smear, Mirena coil insertion; day case procedures like therapeutic hysteroscopy -womb biopsy, removal of fibroids, polyps, ablation for heavy periods, operative laparoscopy and major surgeries like hysterectomy.

She has extensive interest in medical education and is the course director of national simulation courses for trainee doctors. She is an examiner at the General Medical Council, Manchester University and North Wales Medical School and is an active author for the e-learning tutorials for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has several peer reviewed publications and runs several research trials as principal investigator at Wrexham.
